Include your browser, device, puzzle title, difficulty, grid size and the steps that caused the problem. Do not include private names or student information in screenshots.
Privacy and content concerns
Identify the relevant page, word list, factual claim or advertisement. Explain the correction or privacy request without posting sensitive information publicly.
Before reporting a printing problem
Try the printing guide and Help and FAQ. Download the PDF again, open it in a PDF reader and check the selected paper size and page range. Saved history can restore the same grid for troubleshooting.
Response expectations
Reports are considered as capacity allows. We do not promise a specific response time or provide emergency support. Clear correction reports can help improve the affected content even when an individual reply is not possible.
